JOT Computing Support

Get first class support from JOT Computing, either on-site, at your home or office, or remotely, using Team Viewer software.

Our computing support is offered on a "no fix, no fee" basis. You will only be asked to pay once you are satisfied we that we have fixed your problem.

On-site support is only availible in the following areas and times:

Gretna area: Monday and Saturday, 7am-5pm. Tuesday to Friday, 5pm-7pm.

Carlisle area: Monday and Saturday, 9am-4pm. Tuesday to Friday, 4pm-6pm.

Dumfries area: Contact for details.

Remote support can be provided to any location:

Sunday to Monday, 6am-6pm. Tuesday to Friday 5pm-7pm.
